Quranic Verses about Love

And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed, in that are signs for a people who give thought (Quran 30:21).

And do not exchange the covenant of Allah for a small price. Indeed, what is with Allah is best for you, if only you could know (Quran 16:95).

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted (Quran 49:13).

And We have certainly created man in the best of stature (Quran 95:4).

And We created you in pairs (Quran 78:8).

Say, [O Muhammad], ‘If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful’ (Quran 3:31).

Indeed, Allah is with the patient (Quran 8:46).

Do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful (Quran 39:53).

And know that Allah knows what is within yourselves, so beware of Him. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing (Quran 2:235).

And your Lord is the Forgiving, Full of Mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. But for them is an appointment for which they will never find an escape (Quran 18:58).

And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them – perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good (Quran 4:19).

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection (Quran 19:96).

Certainly will the believers have succeeded: They who are during their prayer humbly submissive, and they who turn away from ill speech, and they who are observant of zakah, and they who guard their private parts, except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed – But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors (Quran 23:1-7).

And [yet], among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [should] love Allah. But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah (Quran 2:165).

Indeed, those who have believed and those who were Jews and the Sabeans and the Christians and the Magians and those who associated with Allah – Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, over all things, Witness (Quran 22:17).

And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace (Quran 25:63).

And let not your hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do (Quran 5:8).

And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty (Quran 5:2).

So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me (Quran 2:152).

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment (Quran 85:11).

Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds – their Lord will guide them because of their faith. Beneath them rivers will flow in the Gardens of Pleasure (Quran 10:9).

And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer – those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged (Quran 4:124).

And those who believed and did righteous deeds will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein by permission of their Lord; and their greeting therein will be, ‘Peace!’ (Quran 14:23).

Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded (Quran 16:90).

But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners (Quran 8:30).

Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book, [O Muhammad], in truth. So worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion (Quran 39:2).

Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans [before Prophet Muhammad] – those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness – will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve (Quran 2:62).

Indeed, those who have said, ‘Our Lord is Allah’ and then remained on a right course – the angels will descend upon them, [saying], ‘Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised’ (Quran 41:30).

And Allah is the best of planners (Quran 3:54).

Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment (Quran 9:111).

Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves (Quran 2:222).

He causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night, and He is Knowing of that within the breasts (Quran 57:6).

Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds – for them is forgiveness and noble provision (Quran 22:50).

Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower (Quran 3:8).

Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allah a goodly loan – it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward (Quran 57:18).

So hold fast to that which has been revealed to you. Indeed, you are on a straight path (Quran 43:43).

And remember the favor of Allah upon you and what has been revealed to you of the Book and wisdom by which He instructs you. And fear Allah and know that Allah is Knowing of all things (Quran 2:231).

Indeed, We have sent you, [O Muhammad], with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner, and you will not be asked about the companions of Hellfire (Quran 2:119).

And We have certainly created you, [O Muhammad], and given you seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Quran (Quran 15:87).

Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish (Quran 35:29).
